Custom or Stock House Plan Services:

We can provide a blank itemized cost breakdown sheet that can guide you through getting quotes from local subcontractors for every aspect of your home.  

Custom or Stock House Plan Services:

Material Lists can be obtained through your builder, contractor, subcontractors, and/or local lumber store.

  We offer a discounted re-use fee for use on multiple lots. This small re-use fee will include a new site plan for each new lot.

 Upon completion of house plans, we coordinate with a local structural engineer. All payment for required structural engineering will need to be handled between client and engineer. 

 The combination of our house plans and the structural engineered plans will have all the details needed for the construction of your home.
