After visiting your site, we will place your house perfectly on the lot with views, sun placement, terrain, and utility locations all in mind.

Your site plan will also include walkways, driveways, and patio placements. 

Custom floor plans will include room layouts, 

door and window sizes, standard and custom fixtures and appliances. We have created a thorough Client Questionnaire that will guide us through the many special features that can be included in your design. 

 We share a Pinterest board with our clients so they can share ideas and inspiration pictures to incorporate in the design of their dream home!

 We will provide 2D images of the front, sides, and rear elevations with any inspiration pictures and trending styles in mind.

 Our construction document pages, such as foundation, roof schematic, and floor framing, combined with plans from a structural engineer will include all the details needed for the construction of your home.  All local city requirements will be included on your plans to ensure building department approval.  

Custom electrical plans will be tailored to your individual needs and style. We are happy to collaborate with inspiration pictures and ideas to incorporate into your design!

Visualize the entire scope of the exterior design with a colored 3D Rendering! Upon completion of the initial 2D design phase, we provide a 3D render to analyze and critique before finalizing your design.
